March 24 - Single Digits!

19 radiation treatments down, 9 to go! Single digits! 🤩💪🏻

Hudson continues to do well with the radiation. His skin over the site is definitely red, but it still does not seem to bother him much. We are using cream on it to help. Other than that spot, his hair, eyelashes, and eyebrows are making quite a comeback, too! They said he may always have a bit of a bald spot in the area of the radiation.

Hudson’s appetite is good, he’s gained/maintaining weight (finally consistently staying over the 14kg mark! 💪🏻), his labs remain good, and he is just the sweetest boy. As much as I missed the girls and Matt last week, it’s also been really fun to have so much one on one time with Hudson where we’re not trapped in the hospital and he’s not feeling so terrible from chemo.

Matt is with Hudson this week, and I’m trying to get back in the groove of getting the girls to school on time. 😅 The last week I was home was spring break, so it’s been a bit since I’ve had the full morning routine with them - Matt’s been rocking it. But it’s so good to be home with them, and thankfully they are big helpers. 🥰

As always, thank you for any prayers you can offer for Hudson and for his complete healing! We are so grateful for our community of prayer warriors. 💛
